Terms and Conditions

Fullsuit and Partials require a 30% deposit up front. Should you need to cancel or alter the commission before construction has begun, I will do my best to work with you. Once construction has begun, the deposit is non-refundable and alterations to the design will only be accepted at my discretion. Changes to the design may also change the price of the commission.

Any remaining balance must be paid before any items will be shipped. I reserve the right to alter and sell any commissioned piece that has not been paid in full after 6 months have passed from the date of completion.

Concept art must be provided. I will accept reference sheets, pictures from SL or similar programs, pictures of real life animals, etc. I will not accept a written description unless the markings are simple (example, dark blue wolf with bright green eyes).

Please do not ask about copywritten characters or "murrsuits". I will not accept these commissions.

I accept personal checks, money orders, and well-concealed cash. I highly suggest you send any payments via registered mail. This will allow you to verify the date and time of delivery, as well as providing you with the options for insurance, delivery confirmation, and more.

All items carry a 90 day warranty under normal use conditions. If you are outside the warranty period, email me with pictures and a detailed description of the problem and a repair estimate will be given. All items must be clean before returning them for repairs, no exceptions.

Rush commissions will be accepted on a limited basis and will incur extra fees. Please email me regarding rush availability. 

All business related communication will only be conducted through email. I will be posting occasional updates to twitter and FurAffinity.
